The French Culinary Institute New York


Not strictly cake but it got me thinking - these were three little pots of coffee, chocolate and caramel - dessert at the French Culinary Institute but the caramel one had a little sprinkling of salt on top and it brought out the flavour fantastically......
Would make a fabulous cupcake.....that salty caramel thing.....
